Club website & CMS

A modern public face for your club, built in

Every club on Sail gets a full public website, built and edited in the same place it runs everything else. Pages are assembled from ready-made sections, styled in your own colours, fonts and logo, and published to a fast, mobile-friendly site. A volunteer can keep it current without touching code, hiring a designer or paying a hosting bill.

Your website is part of Sail, not a separate site to keep in sync.

It's built and edited in the same place the club runs everything else, so there's no second system, no plugins to update and no hosting bill. Nothing has to be copied from one place to another.

It runs on your live data, so it can't quietly go a season out of date.

The membership rates, courses, events and opening hours on the site are the records the club already keeps. Change a course fee or add a race to the calendar and the website has already updated itself.

It stays yours: your branding, your address, your committee.

Your palette, fonts and logo across every page, your own domain when you're ready, and a site the committee owns rather than whoever last had the password.

A website a volunteer can actually run

  • Build pages from sections, not code: around twenty ready-made section types, from rich text and photo galleries to opening hours, an activities grid, a committee list, an events feed, course listings, membership rates, a contact form, an FAQ, a sponsors strip, a map and a webcam
  • Set the look once: your primary and accent colours through to surfaces and alerts, your heading and body fonts, and your logo, applied across every page at once
  • Run your pages and the club's together: every club starts with the usual pages for joining, training, events, hire and contact, then you add your own, order the navigation, group them into dropdowns, and keep a page as a draft until it's ready
  • Publish news and photo galleries: as many named galleries as you like, placed where they belong, so the training page isn't showing the racing page's photos
  • Take enquiries and build your own forms: a contact form with new, read and replied status, plus custom forms with your own fields for a volunteering signup or a regatta entry
  • Announce what everyone needs to see: your social links, and a banner across the top of the site for a cancelled race day or a clubhouse closure
  • Be found, and share well: each page carries its own search description and social-share image, so a page posted to Facebook looks deliberate rather than accidental
  • Own the footer: quick links, legal links, the contact block, opening hours and social icons, all editable column by column

The SailAI difference

The website is the one part of Sail that doesn't need AI to earn its place. It isn't really a separate website at all: it's a view onto the club's live data, wired to the same records as everything else, so it keeps itself current. The work AI would otherwise save, keeping a brochure site in step with what the club is actually doing, is work this website never creates. On Club Pro, Draft with SailAI does help with the writing itself: page copy, news posts and event descriptions, which you always edit before publishing.
