Prices above are your club’s subscription to Sail. Separately, when a member pays your club online they pay exactly the price you set; nothing is added at checkout. Stripe charges your club for card processing, and Sail’s platform fee is deducted from the payment, so your club receives its price less those two costs.

Pricing questions
Can we move across from our current system?
Yes, and this is one of Sail's strengths. The AI Migration Agent reads your existing spreadsheet or export, proposes how it maps into Sail, and imports your members, courses and events once you've approved the mapping. Most clubs can migrate in an afternoon, and it's included on every tier.
How does pricing work?
Three tiers: Essentials, Club and Club Pro, priced by club size (up to 150, 151 to 250, 251 to 500, and above 500 members, which is quoted individually). Pay monthly, or annually with two months free. Every tier includes safety & safeguarding records and AI-assisted migration.
What are the payment fees?
Members pay exactly the price your club sets; nothing is added at checkout. Two costs come out of it: Stripe's card processing, charged to your club directly at Stripe's own rates, and Sail's platform fee.

The fee is deducted as a single amount rather than invoiced separately, so the right-hand figure is what leaves each payment.
Day tickets sold at the door, and boat park spaces you mark as paid, carry no platform fee.
What happens when the free trial ends?
The 14-day trial needs no card, so nothing is charged automatically. At the end of the trial your admin dashboard becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted, your members and public site stay live, and picking a plan unlocks everything exactly where you left it.
What if we get stuck?
Every new club gets free, hands-on support for the first six months of its subscription. That means real help from real people while you settle in, not just a help centre.
Can we cancel?
Yes. There's no lock-in and no notice period. Cancel whenever you like and your subscription runs to the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't refund part-periods.
Does every plan include the AI features?
Every plan includes AI-assisted data migration, so any club can get its data in quickly. The wider SailAI suite (the assistants, insights, rota optimisers and drafting tools) is what the Club Pro tier adds. Essentials and Club are complete club-management platforms without it.
