How migration works
The AI Migration Agent is included on every tier. It's how any club gets aboard, not an upsell.
Export what you have
A spreadsheet, or a CSV or Excel export from your current system, exactly as it is. You don't need to tidy it up first, and multi-sheet workbooks are fine.
SailAI proposes the mapping
The AI Migration Agent reads the structure of your file and works out what each sheet and column means, then proposes how it maps into Sail: your members and their contact details, your family and household memberships, your categories, your courses and your events. It flags anything it is unsure about.
You approve, Sail imports
You review the plan, change anything you like, and approve it. Ordinary code then applies your mapping row by row, so the AI proposes but never touches your data on its own. It is non-destructive, so you can import, check, fix and re-import until it is right.

What actually moves across
Because “will our data come with us” is the real question.
