Boat park & storage
Every berth and space, accounted for
The boat park is where a lot of clubs quietly lose money and patience: spaces allocated years ago to boats that have gone, fees nobody chased, and a paper plan only one person understands.
Every kind of storage, not just a dinghy park.
Moorings, berths, bays, racks and trailer spaces, each spot carrying its maximum length and beam, so you can see which spaces suit which boats rather than finding out when a member arrives with a trailer.
Renewal season becomes one pass, not a month.
The renewals view shows where every allocation stands, and payment links go out in bulk to everyone still outstanding, with progress as they come in. No spreadsheet, no stack of reminder emails.
The waiting list settles its own arguments.
Members waiting are recorded in order, with the type of spot they want and the boat it's for. When a space is released the next person is obvious, and the club can show it was allocated fairly.

From mapping the park to collecting the fees
- Map the park as it really is: areas such as the trailer park, the dinghy racks, the board store or the pontoon, then the numbered spots within each, with a bulk layout tool so a park of two hundred places isn't two hundred separate jobs
- Allocate from a visual map: every spot colour-coded available, occupied or reserved, so you click a free one to allocate it or an occupied one to see whose boat is there
- Tie each spot to a person and a boat: an allocation names one of that member's specific boats for a season, so the club always knows whose boat is in a space and which space a boat is in
- Collect the fee at the point of allocation: paid online, or recorded as free where the club doesn't charge, with boat park income getting its own revenue report
- Let members do it themselves: add boats with class, sail number and dimensions, upload insurance, see what's available, claim a free spot, renew it or release it when they no longer need it
- Track insurance against the boat: insurer, policy number, expiry and a copy of the document, verifiable by the club, so a requirement to be insured is evidenced rather than promised
- Show the committee where things stand: occupancy on the dashboard, and allocations exported to PDF for a printed plan

Boat park and storage are included in

- Clubincluded
- Club Proincluded
- Boat park cards stay hidden until your club uses the module, so a club without one never sees them.
- Club Pro adds Club Insights, which watches operations across the club including the park.
The SailAI difference
The boat park runs on the same member and boat records as the rest of Sail, so allocations, renewals and reports always agree, and the boat a member registers in their portal is the boat the club allocates a space to. On Club Pro, Club Insights watches operations across the club and flags what needs attention.
