Operational reports are the club's filing cabinet of answers: how membership is really trending, how much the hire fleet is used, who is doing the duties, how full the boat park is, and whether safeguarding checks are in order.

Reports carrying personal detail are gated by the same permissions as the pages they come from, so someone with one portfolio can take their own numbers away without the rest of the club's coming with them.
Seven areas, each answered from live data
- Membership: active members, the split between annual and monthly payers, lapsed and cancelled counts, outport members, the mix by category, new members by month and the full member list. This is the report behind most AGM papers and most decisions about subscription rates
- Operations: how hard the club's assets are actually working, with equipment utilisation for the month and the five most-used items against the five least. The honest answer to whether to buy another paddleboard or sell the one nobody books
- Duties: the active rota, total assignments, assignments by status, pending swaps and no-shows, which turns “some people never do their duties” from an impression into a number
- Boat park: total spaces, occupied and free, broken down by storage type, so you can see whether you have a waiting list problem or an empty field
- Staff: active staff, the week's shifts, leave awaiting a decision, unapproved timesheets and headcount by role
- Safety: DBS and safeguarding training compliance, how many records are held, how many are valid, and which expire within ninety days, with the people named
- Racing: participation by series and the most popular boat classes, which tells the sailing committee what the fleet actually sails rather than what it says it sails
